This privacy statement covers the site www.mySalesChain.com.  Because SalesChain, LLC is committed to our users’ privacy, we have agreed to comply with certain information gathering and privacy practices.  If users have questions or concerns regarding this statement, they should contact Customer Support by calling (203) 262-1611 or emailing support@SalesChain.com.

Information
Information stored and collected within the mySalesChain.com system can be categorized as:

1. Subscriber Company customer, assets, leasing, contract, contact and prospecting data (“Customer Data”).  Subscriber Companies are the sole owner of all Customer Data.  This includes all information entered into the system manually, imported once or automatically transferred from a subscriber companies back end system(s).  AT NO TIME will SalesChain LLC disclose or share this information with third-party companies or affiliates.

1. Subscriber Company and User Profile information (“Client Profile”).  SalesChain LLC is the sole owner of the Client Profile information collected on mySalesChain.com. SalesChain LLC collects information about our users at several different points on our Web site. SalesChain does not and will not disclose or share Subscriber profile information with third parties

 
System Configuration and Setup
In order to use this Web site, a Subscriber company must first complete the User Subscription Agreement.  During the system configuration process Subscribers provide contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact the Subscriber about services on our site, to send system notices regarding news and activities as well as providing Subscriber Companies with specific support and general help with the system.

Customer Data
All data captured and stored within SalesChain is the property of the Subscriber.  This includes, but is not limited to customer, contact, asset, contract, lease, service and meter reading data.  This data includes all data captured through a WASS integration and/or through the manual leasing company data pulls.

At no time will Saleschain disclose or share this data with any third-party or use this data for any direct or indirect marketing purpose.  Should Customer discontinue use of the SalesChain system in good standing, SalesChain shall return data all data to the customer in the form of a relational database within 10 business days.

Profile Data
We store information that we collect through log files, to create a profile of our Subscribers use of the mySalesChain.com system.  A profile is stored information that we keep on Subscribers that details their actions.    .

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user.  The mySalesChain.com system does not utilize cookies in any form.

Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers, SalesChain uses log files.  These include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.  IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. 

Communications from the Site Newsletter
If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address.  Out of respect for our users privacy we provide a way to opt-out of these communications.

Service Announcements
On occasion it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement.  For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we will send Subscribers an email.  Generally, Subscribers may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account.  However, these communications are not promotional in nature. 

Customer Service
We communicate with our Subscribers on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account we reply via email or phone, in accordance with the Subscriber’s wishes.

Sharing Legal Disclaimer
Though we make every effort to preserve Subscriber privacy, we may need to disclose information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

Business Transitions
In the event SalesChain LLC goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, the information collected on mySalesChain.com will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.

Please be aware that, SalesChain LLC, is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.  We encourage our Subscribers to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable information.  This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this Web site.

Surveys
From time-to-time our site requests information from Subscribers via surveys.  Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and the Subscriber therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information.  The requested information typically includes information related to a Subscriber’s experience with the mySalesChain system. 

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so our Subscribers are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. 
If, however, we are going to use Subscribers identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify Subscribers via email.
